A white label is simply a way for you to maintain your corporate identity whilst
using our technology and resources. With Swiss Capital you have the option of partnering
with us under two different white label structures:
1) White Label (Introducing Broker)
2) White label (Omnibus)
White label (Introducing Broker)
Under this structure your corporate identity (graphics, logos etc) is used in a
fully customizable way on all our technology. You maintain your own brand, and support
(we can also provide support under your name in some circumstances). Swiss Capitals
role is to act as your clearing back bone where your clients’ accounts are held
and maintained. Your clients call you for all their service needs.
White label (Omnibus)
This kind of arrangement will allow the IB to use SWISS CAPITAL TRADING PLATFORM
on an undisclosed basis, while delegating market making operations to SWISS CAPITAL.
This is a white label relationship in which the IB has ONE OMNIBUS account at SWISS
CAPITAL that can be subdivided to several (client) accounts. SWISS CAPITAL does
not keep individual client information (name address etc) or collect margin directly.
The IB is responsible for collecting and depositing margin and then instructing
SWISS CAPITAL about dividing it into IBs sub accounts. The following entities are
qualified for this relationship:
• FCMs
• CPOs
• Corporate identities Authorized in their jurisdiction to collect deposits directly
from clients (IB does not need to be a large financial institution such as banks,
but SWISS CAPITAL will have discretion over its qualification)
SWISS CAPITAL OFFERS:
• SWISS CAPITAL is the undisclosed market maker on all the accounts. Clients assume
they are trading against the IB.
• Full back office, trade support to IBs.
• Competitive rebate structure, Spread widening.
IB RESPONSIBILTY:
• IB acts like the principle, collects the margin, provides all the support, assumes
the liability on individual accounts but does not take market risk by taking position
against client
• Maintain accurate accounting with SWISS CAPITAL for their clients.
• Responsible for client support and service and all the related AML process
